It all started when Mark was 11 and received his first Kodak instamatic camera. In high school, he was assigned to shoot his first wedding, be his yearbook photographic editor and work on a National Historic Register survey for the Old Eddyville Historic District for the Kentucky Historical Society.
But it was that wedding that really created the storytelling adventure that has brought us here today.
In addition we offer services to the independent film industry and local business for website consultation, creation and hosting as well as photography/video services.

Rebecca Koenig is the amazing half of the duo Mark + Rebecca and is a certified K-12 Art Teacher in both Illinois and Kentucky.
She joined her husband in 2008 as Mark's primary second photograher for weddings, seniors and maternity.

Sedra is one of our photo assistants and helps when Rebecca isn't available for your wedding day as a second photographer.
With a keen sense of composition, Sedra brings her bubly personality to the table with us here at MKP. Limited avaiablilty.
For someone who lovoes photography and enjoys children and equine photography, Katherine is our go-to person.
Limited availability and usually is booked up in a year in advance.
As a self-trained photojournalist and televison director, Mark has photographed weddings since 1982, starting out in film. Mark still will shoot film upon request and enjoys the flexibility in the darkroom to created works of art that will be enjoyed for generations to come.
Recently upgrading to the newer Mirrorless camera technologies, Mark always enjoys using his talents to capture the essence of the human spirit whether it would be on your wedding day, a coming of age event or your next concert.
